Details pertaining to our new pending lawsuit to overturn forced vaccination in Canada: Based on the federal government's announcement a few days ago, where they stated that they are 'discussing plans' to implement mandates which would require ALL Canadians to be vaccinated 'by law' in the coming weeks, we have made a decision to immediately shift gears. We are now preparing to launch a legal counter attack against this blatant assault on Canadian citizens and permanent residents. My primary efforts will now personally be dedicated at raising the necessary funding to mount an overwhelming and precisely coordinated legal challenge to overturn the Trudeau governments tyrannical forced vaccination mandates should they be announced. It is critical that we do not allow Trudeau and the Premieres to gain traction on implementing forced vaccinations, we must act now!

Upon raising sufficient funds to proceed, we will instruct our legal counsel to immediately file an application with the federal courts, to legally challenge and overturn these arbitrary tyrannical mandates. Such mandates would violate ALL Canadians rights and freedoms, both under Canadian and international laws. It is critical that we are ready to proceed the minute that the Trudeau government drops the hammer and legislates these heinous and unconstitutional measures.

Expert medical witnesses - As many of you know, we have already retained several world renowned expert medical witnesses who specialize in various fields, who are currently working with our legal team on the Travel Ban lawsuit which we filed with the federal courts on December 24th, 2021. Needless to say, we will be utilizing their services, affidavits, vast expertise and expert medical reports again for all futures cases, including this new one.

This is by far one of the most serious threats and attacks on the democracy and freedoms of Canadians by Trudeau thus far. This once great nation is quickly falling to totalitarian rule, but only if we the people let it happen, this is very much a hill that we are all willing to die on!

Below is a news report from state owned CBC, which outlines the governments potential vaccine mandate plans. If the past two years have taught us anything, it is that when our government announces 'potential plans', they generally become reality in very short order.

 Provinces could make vaccination mandatory, says federal health minister

"Provinces are likely to introduce mandatory vaccination policies in the coming months to deal with surging COVID-19 caseloads, Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos said today.

"What we see now is that our health care system in Canada is fragile, our people are tired, and the only way that we know to get through COVID-19, this variant and any future variant, is through vaccination," Duclos said. 

Duclos said that while rapid tests, masking and social distancing are useful tools, they won't end the pandemic on their own.

"Fifty per cent of hospitalizations now, in Quebec, are due to people not having been vaccinated," he said. "That's a burden on health care workers, a burden on society which is very difficult to bear and for many people difficult to understand.

"That's why I'm signaling this is a conversation which I believe provinces and territories, in support with the federal government, will want to have over the next weeks and months."

Duclos said that while discussions about mandatory vaccination policies are not taking place now, he believes that, based on his "personal understanding of what we see internationally and domestically and in my conversations [with] health ministers over the last few weeks," the discussion will start in the coming weeks or months.

He stressed that it's up to the provinces to decide whether to implement mandatory vaccination policies."

***FYI: As a result of the preceding developments, the legal fundraiser to file criminal charges against Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau for hate speech has been placed on hold, effective immediately.
