RoseMarie is a beautiful 20 year old woman with a mental handicap. She functions on a 10 to 13 year old level. Prior to her disappearance she was delusional and having hallucinations. She went missing between 4 and 6 am on Tuesday February 2nd, 2016. She lived in a residential group home with other mentally handicapped yound adults. This is to help with the various cost associated with a missing person search and legal costs if needed. Thank you for anything you can do.
