Hello and thank you so much for stopping by our page! We are Scott, Danielle, and Aubree Dunbar from Lafayette, Indiana and we are so excited to be adopting! The three of us have been praying for an addition to our family for a long time and we are excited to see what God will have in store for us.
Scott and I have been trying to have a baby for the past 15 years with only one blessing, Aubree. We have tried multiple fertility treatments with no success and have spent thousands of dollars doing this. We are so excited to take this journey to bring another child home that needs a family. Aubree can't wait to have a sibling either. She has been spending her extra time watching videos on the computer about how to take care of babies. She wants to make sure she is the BEST big sis! She makes me giggle when she asks me how I took care of her. Sometimes I did things right and other times I guess I should have watched a video. LOL! Scott and I can't wait to make our family grow and share our love with another child.
After spending thousands of dollars on fertility and a failed IVF. We have decided that God has a different path for us to fullfill our dream family. We are all growing more and more excited about the possibility of finally having a family of four. We are thrilled to begin this journey. We know that someday there will be a car seat in our backseat and photos on our wall with all four of us.
We are working with Adoptions of Indiana. After our informational meeting with the agency, we learned that the adoption fees are around $26,000. This includes agency fees, legal fees, and home study fees. With the tax credit for adoption, we figure our cost will be around $13,000.
