Douglas skatepark project.

I've ridden a skateboard in the city of Douglas Ga for 30 years. I have always dealt with where is the appropriate place to skate. Private property is the only place that we could go without being bothered by the city officials and police. I've been arrested and held until my parents would come pick me up. I now have children that are dealing with the same problem. There are lots of kids in this town and surrounding areas that skate. Your child may grow up and find himself skating. We want to provide a place for those kids to go. Something that is fun and safe. That can provide a park for the beginner and the advanced. A place to call our home away from home. It's gonna take a lot of work and a lot of time but I'm willing to do my part. I hope you're willing to help. Please help me provide for our youth. Thank you I. Advance for donation and support.
