Divorce and custody fees support

We are still pending the next steps in our divorce.   Our goal is to reach a settlement.  However should that not go through we will try to settle a few things in the parenting conference. If that fails then we have to go to trial in addition to another contestment we have to do.

My lawyer charged me 8200 for the last court date where I was only allowed to state my case in 4 minutes.  The system is ridiculous and unfair and the lawyers vultures. I pray to god we are able to settle this soon and that my baby can remain protected.

Please note that should any money collected be unused I will be donating it to a domestic violence organization for legal fees.

I'm in the process of court battles trying to end my domestic violence marriage and protect my child.  I have already spent 16000 in lawyer fees,  owe 8000 and anticipate another 16000 to finish this through. 

Lawyer fees are ridiculous for the little amount of work completed.

I would like to share more openly; however, due to the circumstances am unable to share publicly.

Those who know me know I've had a great life.  However, marrying the wrong person has created a very bad circumstance in all areas of my life.  My biggest concern is my child. I love him more than anything.  Securing his safety is my one priority along w praying for justice.
