Support our friend, Diane Balser

In 2016, Scott Balser, was diagnosed with throat cancer.  He fought a good battle and it seemed that he had beat the cancer.  Unfortunately, he had a stroke on October 31, 2017, and died 15 days later on November 15, 2017. 

He and Diane had been married for 37 years.  They loved each other deeply.  I have certainly witnessed and benefited from their love, and family strength over all these years.  As a dear friend of Diane and Scott's, I am asking for your help to assist Diane with life's circumstances that have been affected by Scott's passing. 

Diane and Scott moved into a one bedroom apartment this last June, being forced to leave the home they had lived in for 24 years, due to a  change of ownership.  They stripped down their belongings, and made the difficult decision to stay in Marin because they both had established businesses here.  Now on her own, Diane is having to come up with the entire rent, and all other household bills by herself.  This is on top of grieving her beloved husband. 

Diane will eventually be looking for other circumstances to live more economically, but right now I am asking for your help so she can stay put.  She needs time to process her loss peacefully and without fear of getting buried by debt.  Please give whatever you can to help Diane move forward, on her own, and to be able to greive the loss of her husband, Scott.
