DDA Women's Tackle Football
The Detroit Dark Angels are a full tackle women’s football team that plays in the WFA Football League. The women’s football season runs from April – August. Each team plays 8 regular season games, 4 home and 4 away. Detroit has a rich history of women’s football and the Detroit Dark Angels continues to uphold that tradition as it grows.
The women who play on the team are 18- 40 year olds from throughout the Metro-Detroit area and Canada. These women are students, teachers, military, police officers, trainers, designers etc. and all live and work in the communities around you. This is a great opportunity to support an up-and-coming women's sports program in Detroit.
We are currently trying to raise money to offset the cost of equipment and travel expenses for the team and volunteer coaches. Our team plays in a Mid-west division and we often travel to Indy, Chicago, Ohio, Kentucky and other mid-west states to compete.
Large and small donations are all appreciated, every little bit helps our girls play football.
Our entire organization is run by volunteer staff and volunteer coaches all with a love for football and offering the opportunity for women to play football at a competitive level.

The DDA is a 501c3 nonprofit. All donations are tax deductable.
