Life has thrown us a challenge we never imagined: Deahni's breast cancer has spread and she has now been diagnosed as Stage 4. After being in remission for 3 years, this diagnosis has turned her world—and ours—upside down. A PET scan has confirmed that the cancer has metastasized to the bones, peritoneal cavity, left lung, omentum, and there is fluid around her heart as well as filling her abdomen. Despite the difficulties, Deahni faces this battle with remarkable strength, resilience, and hope.

Stage 4 breast cancer means an aggressive treatment plan, frequent doctor visits, and relentless medical expenses. It also means focusing every ounce of energy on healing and spending precious moments with her loved ones.

Deahni was hospitalized with a small bowel obstruction that the doctors say was caused by the tumors in her abdominal cavity or adhesions from previous surgeries. Deahni has been unable to work since her hospitalization. This is where we’re asking for your help.
