The New Me!

Hello my name is Danelle Cross, In 2012 it was the start of my life changing journey. I realized I needed to change my every day lifestyle from eating to being active. I was having joint issues preventing me from standing and walking for long periods of time. I had to stop and sit down from being out of breath, my knees and feet hurt so bad. I couldn't take struggling anymore. At that moment my weight was 326 lbs. I changed my eating habits, portion control, and started exercising more. I met a trainer in 2013 who helped me with eating plans and weight training. Within the first 11 months, I lost 100 pounds.

As time went on I continued on my own for a couple years losing 68 lbs while having multiple plateus. Until I met another trainer in 2016 who helped me with intense weight training. She helped me boost up my metabolism which helped me to lose more weight. I was doing more weights and 30 minutes of cardio a day with an hour of weights 6 days a week. I prep my food for every week and eat lots of protien, low complex carbs. I have lost a total of 190 lbs in 4 years, and now weigh 136 lbs. I went from a size 26-28 to size 10.

In Conclusion I was left with excessive hanging skin throughout my body and breast became inflated. I need to have skin removal, breast augumentation, and body contouring surgery. My insurance will only cover the lower stomach, and the rest I have to pay out of pocket. I am reaching out to all family, friends and friends of theirs.
