Funds For Dan Sharuk

On December 1st 2017 at about 8:47am, my baby brother Dan Sharuk, along with two of his friends (Joseph and Liana Kolosov) were involved in a horrible collision on their way to school. We are not 100% sure how this all happened, and will update when we do.
What we do know:
Dan lost consciousness upon impact. First responders were there within minutes and rushed Dan to Mercy San Juan. Joseph was taken to Mercy as well and Liana was taken to Sutter Roseville.
I recieved a call at work from an unknown number. It was Mercy Hospital. I was told that my baby brother got into a car accident. He is stable, but is in critical condition. He is on a breathing machine with most of his left ribs and pelvis fractured. Nothing broken, lots of bruising, no sign of internal bleeding.
Update after talking to the doctor:
Dan is on life support, significant brain injury, in a coma, doctors are worried about brain swelling. The pictures they have are low resolution and they can’t tell certain things, there is some minor bleeding in the brain, and they are trying to get high resolution pictures today or in the next few days.. they are evaluating brain probe to measure brain pressure.
Later that night, the probe wasn inserted into the brain, blood pressure was normal which is great news! They did a CT scan to make sure it’s in the correct place.
2nd day update:
His brain is swelling up and brain pressure is unstable and too high. Because of that, doctors decided not to do an MRI right now because they don’t want to move him too much, plus it’s very loud in the MRI machine. Even though he was in a coma already, they had to induce a deeper coma and still on life support. He can hear everything and his pressure goes up if people are talking. Or even today I was saying bye to him and I touched him, and his pressure when up just with that. So they might have to put him in a deeper coma so that he has minimal brain activity so that pressure and swelling can go down.
