Volunteer Teaching in Guatemala

I have decided to volunteer for two weeks over the summer to teach in Guatemala. I want to make the most out of my time that I have while I am still young with no children and do something to pay it forward. The organization is called international volunteer hq (volunteerhq.com) that I will be volunteering through. Even though it is volunteering, you must pay to participate. Application fees, program fees, flight, travel insurance, etc. can be quite expensive. I decided to make this account in case any of my friends and family would like to sponsor me by making a donation. Every little bit would help. I know that everyone will not be able to contribute money but even moral support during this journey would be so helpful. Thanks in advance to everyone and I cannot wait to take this trip which I feel will make me a better teacher and an overall, well rounded person. I cannot wait to learn about and experience the Guatemalan culture.
