Cook Family Recovery Fund

The Cook family lost their home on August 11, 2018 at around 5:30pm. This fire has displaced the entire family which includes three adults and five kids! Everything was lost in the fire and this campgain will help replace the basics to get this family back on their feet.

The mother of the family Jen, she is the hardest working person I know. She has raised / is raising 6 of her own children and has adopt 2 more giving  them everything they need. Jen works two jobs and still finds the time to be an engaged mother to each of her children! At Jen’s full time job at the Rogue Valley Family YMCA as the Membership Coordinator she works with many families and youth and helps make sure they have access to everything the Y offers. Jen has made a difference in the lives of everyone around her and today I hope we can raise a little to make this time in her life easier. Jen can maintain a positive outlook in everything she deals with and even after losing her entire house she was heard saying “At least I won’t have to clean this place again” she can always find the silver lining.
