Compassionate Charles

Charles has been referred to Bradford4Better by a neighbour who sadly found him, upset and lonely on the street during lockdown. He is aged 78 and has no family. He is an amazing man who dedicated most of his life caring for his beloved ageing and unwell mother. He refused to send her to a nursing home and even though he was reaching old age himself he was adamant he would care for her until her last day. He is a saint of a son he remarkably spent 5 years of his life sleeping on an armchair at her hospital bedside, despite being old himself. His beloved mother died at a graceful age of a 100. He has shown he is an Unbelievable, selfless, compassionate human being. Sadly due to the loss of his beloved mother, Charles has not been able to care for himself. Most of his pension is spent on managing household bills and food etc. He has no money for even basic items such as kettle, duvet etc. We Bradford4Better would like to help Charles and we turn to the Great Bradford people to join us in helping our dear friend. Please if you could donate as much as possible, so we can make a positive difference to Charles’s life. I am sure he would be delighted to know that the world cares for him.
