Through CAO's Play it Forward Campaign you can support community theater and support the men and women who fought so valiantly to protect our freedoms.
What is Play it Forward?
Play it Forward is a variation on the Pay it Forward concept where the beneficiary of a good deed repays it to others instead of to the original benefactor.
How does Play it Forward work?
You donate to the CAO Play it Forward campaign and CAO makes free tickets available to one of our Play it Forward partners. CAO is honored to partner with Arts for Veterans.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. CAO is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization. All donations to CAO are tax deductible.
How do I donate?

What is Arts for Veterans?
Arts for Veterans is a program that offers free creative art classes for veterans including literary, performing, and visual arts. It is run by Mr. Anthony A. LoBue a.k.a. Tony the Vet. Click here for more information on Mr. LoBue. Arts for Veterans meet every second Tuesday of each month at the Veterans Museum and Memorial Center in Balboa Park. For more information click here.

Clairemont Act One is an all-volunteer run 501(c)(3) community theater company in the Clairemont Neighborhood of San Diego, California. Founded by Katie Turner in 2011, CAO is committed to providing quality entertainment and creative opportunities to all our neighbors, family, and friends. For more information on CAO click here .
Through the generosity of our friends, family, and neighbors, CAO can provide many evenings of entertainment to our men and women of the armed forces (past and present) who have given so much of themselves in keeping our country safe.
