Cancer Treatment

Recently diagnosed with a MPNu (rare blood cancer) after spending 4 days in the hospital, and meeting with a Duke Hematologist. They found portal vein thrombosis, which is a blood clot to my liver, an enlarged spleen (21 cm compared to normal 12 cm) and inflamed pancreas. Plan on getting a bone marrow biopsy soon, along with possible spleen removal since it’s so massive.
