Some kittens are born into safety.

Cassia wasn’t.

When Cassia came into our care, she was desperately sick. She was weak, dehydrated, and struggling to survive. There were moments when we weren’t sure she would make it. She needed immediate medical care, medication, proper nutrition, and constant monitoring just to have a chance.

Thankfully, Cassia proved she was tougher than anyone expected.

Today, she’s growing stronger every day. Her playful personality is beginning to shine through, and the tiny kitten who once fought simply to survive is becoming a curious, affectionate companion ready to find a family of her own.

Preparing a rescued kitten for adoption costs far more than most people realize. By the time Cassia is ready for her forever home, her care will include:

We’re asking the community to help raise $300 toward Cassia’s care. While the total value of her care is higher, we’ll continue covering the remaining costs so she receives everything she needs to become healthy, fully vetted, and ready for adoption.

Every kitten has an individual fundraising page so supporters can follow their journey and see exactly who they’re helping. Community sponsorship helps cover the cost of rescue, medical care, and preparation before a kitten joins their forever family.

Our goal is simple: every kitten should leave for their new home healthy, vaccinated, microchipped, spayed or neutered when appropriate, and with a great start in life. When a kitten’s Launch Fund is fully supported, it gives us the flexibility to reduce or eliminate adoption costs and, whenever possible, send them home with a starter kit that may include food, litter, toys, and other essentials.
