Get British Citizenship Done For Europeans like Me

Now that Brexit is happening, it feels like my country of adoption is abandoning me... So I'm raising the cost of adoption to alleviate those feelings. I have lived in the UK as long as I have lived in France, but although I worked while studying in France, it is in the UK that I lived my most productive life. Not only did I pay taxes for most of those years, but I invested my time, money, dreams and aspirations to make a positive contribution to the UK as a citizen. I couldn't vote in elections but still fought for the candidate that wanted to respect the referendum results while improving the lives of the many. I had no say in the Education system through a vote, but invested myself in trying to setup a free school which blueprint is still a source of inspiration. I had no say in the Financial system through a vote, but invested myself in trying to create a app that would empower people with their money. I had no say as a European citizen but still tried to inspire young people by publishing a bilingual book, unlocking potentials by offering language learning solutions and bringing people and cultures together by organising Bastille Day Festival Reading. I didn't need a voice as a European citizen and was happy to be only British by name, but not in fact, because I always believed that actual British citizens would vote for their best interests as much as mine. I do need a voice by becoming a British citizen now because although I have the same Indefinite Leave to Remain I had as a European citizen through my Settled Status, I do not know if my situation will change in the future. Being British in name only is not enough anymore, I need to be British in fact as well. Now that the decision to change my status has been taken by those who believe that it is more important than the impact it will have on their lives and everyone else affected, I hope they will be happy to support us through our endeavour. The celebrities, yes you Theo Paphitis, Sol Campbell, Katie Hopkins, Sir Michael Caine, Roger Daltrey, and all the others. The business leaders, yes you Sir James Dyson, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, Dame Helena Morrissey, Anthony Bamford, Tim Martin, Simon Wolfson, and all the others. The politicians and their supporters, yes you Dominic Cummings, Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage, Paul Dacre, Matthew Elliott, Daniel Hannan, Michael Gove, and all the others. People, all the people that really wanted Brexit whatever the cost. If truly, their issue wasn't with the European people but with the EU institutions, they should be happy to do everything they can to help me and many like me through that hurdle as painlessly as possible. Celebrities could put their voices in the service of the millions of EU citizens who rightfully decided to build a life in the UK. Business leaders could build a fund and a help line for all those adversely affected by Brexit or that just want to officialize their Britishness by acquiring the British passport. Politicians could follow suit with Michael Gove plan to offer free UK citizenship to three million European Union (EU) if he had been elected Conservative Leader. People could contribute, even if it is just a pound, to this GoFundMe page and all the other that will certainly pop up between now and the final exit day.
