Dylan Berger was a 9th grader at Port Jefferson High School and a vital member of the Port Jefferson Wrestling Team. The Port Jefferson Wrestling Booster Club created this fund with the goal of providing financial assistance to the family in the wake of their most unimaginable tragedy.
It is our hope that this becomes fully funded so the family will never have to spend a moment worrying about the monetary aspect.
