Bennett Family Covid Emergency Assistance
Hi, my name is Makenzi and I am asking for donations to help my best friend! She has been a stay at home mom to all of her kids while her husband supports the family. Unfortunately a month ago her husband got really sick with COVID. He had been in the hospital for a few weeks unable to work. They just made the hard decision to put him on the vent and Emily and the kids are taking it very hard. She is unable to work due to daycare expenses and has to be there emotionally for all 4 children. I am asking for any donations to help get her get through this difficult time! If all you have is $1 to donate we truly appreciate anything. If you can not donate any money then we ask you please keep chad and the family in your prayers! UPDATE- So far chad is still in the same condition. He has been diagnosed with ARDs which makes it very hard for his body to heal. I decided to raise the amount to 10,000. We have an extremely long road ahead! The nurses and doctors can not tell Emily if he will even be able to be taken off of the vent. He will be unable to work in the months to come. Please continue to pray and share the go fund me to whoever is interested in healing Emily support her family while her husband fights for his life!
UPDATE 7/16/21- Chad has had a major set back. Just when things seemed to be going in the right direction he made a huge turn! This hasgreatly impacted the healing process and we please ask for urgent prayers for him!
(He had a moderate pneumothorax in his left lung. They’ve placed a chest tube in there to help. He also has a small one on the right side that they are watching.)
UPDATE 7/29/21- Chad has unfortunately gained his Angel wings and is resting at last in heaven. I have raised the gofund me tremendouslyto try and help Emily and her four children catch back up on medical bills, house bills and current and future livings. Chad was the main provider so this has put a huge weight on Emily being a stay at home mom! I am begging you please, please share this! They have to find a new normal and the last thing they need to do is lose their home and belongings next! Please share this and pray for the healing of Emily and the kids! They need every prayer!
