My name is Dave Merrill, an independent musician from Baltimore, Maryland.
Over the past 11 months, myself along with 3 other co-founders: William Jackson of Glen Burnie, MD, Matthew Collins of Manchester, MD and Eric Steenstra of DC have developed a monumental online platform that will revolutionize the entire music industry and finally put Independent Artists and Musicians in control of their own futures!

Well, the truth is... Its gonna take some time and a lot of hard work! Engineers, programmers, designers, thousands of lines of code, an extremely secure network and most importantly.... YOU! The independent music community! Im talking about the types of artists who put tireless amounts of energy & hours into practicing their craft, playing out in the clubs, promoting their music, polishing their sound and wowing crowds every time you hit the stage! Thats who we want!
It is our goal to raise $250,000 by Feb 17, 2014. 30 Days!! All funds raised will go directly into the completion of the ALPHA prototype then fast tracked into the hands of real artists for BETA testing!
Now... I understand most of you reading this are probably starving artists with very tight budgets. ...Yes, its true... we can smell our own! lol.
To prove our seriousness about this project... were in this "ALL OR NOTHING" meaning... When the fund-raising period is over, pledged money is only collected from the contributors if the fundraising goal is met. If the goal is not met, no money is collected.
It is our overall goal to create a free worldwide platform for the entire music industry.
We can do this.... and with your support, we will!!
