It is with heavy hearts that the family of Steven A. DiSarro Jr. inform you of his untimely passing on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. The harsh reality of losing a beloved and vibrant soul such as Steve at the young age of 33 is most heartbreaking. We take solace in the love of our family and friends and choose at this time to celebrate the wonderful memories and light that he brought into this world.
If Divine Intervention is to be believed, we are fully aware that the timing of the recent media reports can be confusing and misleading to many. Our main focus at this moment is putting Steven Jr. to rest and to honor his memory in the way that he deserves.
Steven was not only a most adored and valued member of our family, he was also a husband and father to two beautiful, young girls. Our Stevie’s legacy will live on through the smiles of his daughters who will be a continuous reminder that his spirit is among us.
We choose to celebrate our son, husband, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend in the coming days and ask that you please join us on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at the Holden, Dunn & Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock Street, Westwood, MA 02090. We will then remember Steven Jr. at a funeral mass on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Denis Parish, 157 Washington Street, Westwood, MA 02090.
In lieu of flowers we have chosen to create a fund for his daughters, Ashley and Alyssa so that they can have the future their father would have wanted for them.
