This man, Charles is so good to so many. He and his two adult children live in a home in Altadena and have been contributors to the community for many years. Charles is an example of a human, a friend to many and a hardworking father. Their home was fire adjacent in the recent Altadena Eaton Canyon fires so it is not inhabitable and most of their belongings are smoke damaged or water damaged. The doors will no longer close properly. It is not in decent living condition. Charles and his family deserve better.

Charles works at a Pasadena business for many years. His son is an artist and his daughter is a voracious reader. Whenever my family or friends needed anything, Charles is the first one to show up. He consistently, since I met him over 20 years ago, looks for a way to be of service to others every day. #friendswhobecomefamily #altadenafire #eatoncanyonfire #altadenastrong
