I am incredibly excited to co-lead GW's Alternative Spring Break to New Orleans this March and I need your help!
Our trip focuses on Disaster Relief and Cultural Revitilization post-Hurricane Katrina in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans. With 50 participants we will work alongside Habitat for Humanity and fully immerse ouselves in the community as we rebuild homes in the Lower Ninth Ward and also volunteer with the students at a local KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) School.
