Grace Rodriguez

Grace was a bright light to many. A mother, a friend, a colleague and a nurse. Grace has touched many peoples lives. On 6/11, Grace sadly passed from a sudden illness. Grace is survived by her daughter, Yolisa. Her friends and coworkers at Oakland Rehab are fundraising to support Yolisa during this difficult time. Any donation is appreciate. Rest peacefully, Grace.
