Hi all,
thank you so much for taking your time to read this!
I am going through kidney transplant right now, as well as my girlfriend because she is my kidney donor, I am raising money to help pay all of our needs and general bills (rent/food/electricity/gas/etc.).
Our work does not cover our medical leave. Which means we would need to request sick hours donation from all the other employers, and if we don't get enough sick hours that would mean we would not be paid for the remaining weeks.
We need to cover all of the bills for the following months: May-June- and Partly July. We will be having the surgery done on May 21st or 23rd then we will be out from work for awhile (3-4 weeks for her and 6-8 weeks for me)...neither of us will be making any income and we would like to be resting comfortably and stress-free so we can recover well.
Please help us with any amount, even $1 is very helpful! We would need to try earn the money in 3 weeks.
We already have plans for who will be taking care of us, our family and friends will be helping us out (many thanks to them!) just until we both are fully recovered from the surgery.
