Hello!
We hope you are all staying safe out there. Like all other restaurants and bars in NYC, the world-famous Ellen's Stardust Diner was forced to close its doors on March 16th, laying off its entire staff of over 200 workers. To help ease the burden of this income loss, Stardust Family United has started this campaign to help our co-workers who are struggling. Government assistance is spotty and may take awhile, and many workers have pressing financial needs right now.
We realize that everyone is having a hard time, but if you do have anything to spare to support our restaurant's most vulnerable workers, it is deeply appreciated.
ANYTHING helps, but we also have a few tiered donation incentives:
$100+ - request a song and a Starduster will record a video of the song for you!
$200+ - request an additional duet or trio and multiple Stardusters will record a video of the song for you!
For reaching our halfway mark of $12,500, we put together a Thank You Revue of Waitress: The Musical for all of our donors. It features Broadway veterans Christine Dwyer and Matt Deangelis, and Stardusters Michael Coale Grey and Jenna Miller (see update below for video!).
