Amberly's PTSD Service Dog

Hi my name is Amberly and I'm 16 years old. I have PTSD, Severe social anxiety and dissociation on top of a few other things. I am unable to attend school or go out with friends because of my PTSD and Anxiety. I have panic attacks when in public situations and when at school. When I go anywhere my mom has to be there with me to block me from people because even someone brushing my arm triggers me and puts me on edge. I have severe nightmares nightly and day terrors caused by my PTSD which makes it unsafe for me to be left alone at home.
A PTSD service dog would accompany me to school, mall, out with friends,  on buses, everywhere. It would allow me to be a teenager again because I can't live my life like I should right now due to my PTSD and Anxiety. It would alert to anxiety and panic attacks and help me calm down to prevent them or shorten the side effects of the anxiety or panic attack.
I need to go back to school, go out with friends, go to church, I need my independence back and with a PTSD service dog that would be possible.
