Hi, my name is Oscar. I am a one year old  Greyhound rescue from the Dumb Friends League. I am a victim of a hit and run.  The driver was under the influence of alcohol and possibly other substances. We believe he lives in our apartment complex. Lakewood police has not been able to locate him.  I am currently at the Royal Vista Veterinary Clinic awaiting orthopedic surgery. I am in a lot of pain. My mom does not have the money to pay for my surgery. Every minute is critical for my survival. We are desperately asking for donations either to us here or directly to Royal Vista, where I am currently being treated
