Being in PA school has been one of the most rewarding times in both of our lives! With only 10 months left we are overcome with the desire to continue our education on a deeper level. We are constantly learning and and being pushed outside of our comfort zones. In PA school to be in search of knowledge concerning the world around us, to discover and to embrace it. Learning the ways of the US health care system is a part of our education but woven into the Sacred Heart fabric is also the importance of global health. With that being said, we are excited to announce that we will be doing our elective clinical rotation in Kampala, Uganda for 5 weeks!  

We are asking all our friends and family to please consider supporting us on our journey. Whatever you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. Your contribution will be going to expenses such as: flight cost, vaccinations, safe transportation fees, medical equipment, luggage fees, medicine, protective gear and much more.

If you cannot contribute financially then donations of medical supplies such as: gauze, tape, syringes, ace bandages and more would be appreciated. Lastly, if nothing can be contributed than we just ask for some positive thoughts and prayers as we embark on this journey. We cannot wait to share my experiences with you all!!
