Legal Fund for Eliff's Husband

On September 5 2017 Fredis was arrested for a crime he did not commit. After hiring an attorney and paying him a fee of $40,000 all he has done is continue the case. He has failed to depose important witnesses, he has failed to give Fredis copies of his depositions, and share pertinent information with him and then attempted to coerce Fredis into taking a plea agreement.

Legal fees are costly and no one wants to spend money on legal fees twice but that is where we are currently after spending $40K on an attorney. Eliff's  husband no longer feels as if his attorney has his best interest at heart. Especially now that he has rejected the states plea and wants to go to trial to face his accuser.

After Eliff and Fredis family sold a property and a vehicle along with other items to pay for his defense they are now faced with the hardship of trying to come up with the funds for a new attorney.
