Sick 5 year old daughter

My little girl Lilly was born with hypo-plastic left heart syndrome. Her first open heart surgery was 12 hours after birth. She's survived four total. She operates on two valves instead of four like most of the rest of us. She now has the rarest form of bronchitis, plastic bronchitis. Proteins leak into her lungs from her lymph system and turn as hard as plastic inside her lungs. These can lead to hospitalization, choking and death. This only affects sick kids like Lilly, typically with congenital heart defects. There is one hospital in the United states, CHOPS in Philadelphia, PA that has the equipment to diagnose and hopefully repair the issue. If it can't be repaired the only way to fix it is a full heart transplant. My insurance covers most everything but plane tickets and housing. Something they will cover if she needs to have a heart transplant. Medicaid will pay for one plane ticket there, transportation and housing, all of which her mother as primary gets. I need to be there for my little girl. I hate asking for anything but desperate times require desperate measures. A friend of mine pointed me to this website so i thought I'd give it a shot. So after the incredible out pouring of donations in less than a 24 hour period I have decided to raise the stakes and make this a fund raiser for the American Heart Association as well.  All Funds left over after Lilly's trip to Philadelphia will be rolled into a donation to AHA.
