Veteran Volunteer for Ukraine

Thank you to all who have taken the first step in clicking the link that brought you to my GoFundMe.

I served 6 years in the Marine Corps. Served two combat tours to Afghanistan,

I loved my job and what I did but I hated the aftermath of the chaos left behind after war...

The innocent families left in tragedy.

I'm volunteering to go over to help those in need, the refugees lost in that chaos. I plan to supply medical needs/supplies to survive and care for the children, women and men left in the rubble. I'll provide humanitarian aid on the border of Poland. Assisting in evacuations under combat conditions. I have the skill set and I will help wherever I am needed but I cannot sit back and watch any longer.

After proper time and coordination, I will be linking with a few contacts in another region to assist where it is needed, whether it be aid or combat. There are still women and children in hospitals throughout Ukraine, and the shelling has continued, and homes of innocent civilians and local businesses have been destroyed. I think Id like to speak on most of humanity when I say we need to do more than just stand in solidarity. We need action, swift action to minimize the damage that has already been done and future damage to occur.

Due to the sensitive nature of what this trip will entail, I must keep some information private but will update this account when I can.

The goal of $15,000 will attribute to my plane ticket, minimized expenses as I am selling all personal belongings to fund this voluntary act of service, as well as medical supplies needed in assisting the refugees on the border of Poland.
