GT and AIG: Make-A-Wish

Part of the Philadelphia GT BAS team and AIG IA are teaming up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to bring joy to children faced with serious health challenges. With the help of volunteers along with colleagues, friends, and family, last year AIG Make-A-Wish Committee raised over $90,000 in donations and gifts, and enjoyed creating "Wish Sacks" for over 300 children. This year, we hope to continue our good fortune and success in helping others.
Volunteers will be working in teams or as individuals to create "Wish Sacks" based on a child's wish. The "Wish Sacks" are given to each child to help fulfill their wish. For example, if a child's wish is to go to Disney World, our team will purchase items to make the trip special and memorable, such as a camera, sunscreen, towels, Disney characters, a photo album, and the like:. To ensure that each child receives the same value "Wish Sack" we are limiting the amount to $140. This year, GT has been assigned 11 "Wish Sacks." We are hoping to raise enough money to fulfill all of these sacks with great things
