Hi, my name is Dan and on Friday 30th May I’m going to walk from the City Ground (Nottingham Forest) to Pride Park (Derby County) to raise money for Men’s mental health. I will be walking with my friend Harry who will also be raising money for his respective charity. 

Mental health is something that has affected me growing up, it impacts everyone at some point in their lives. I will be raising money for MANUP?, who are a mental health charity located in Suffolk. Derby County and Nottingham Forest are massive rivals in football, however when it comes to mental health we are all united no matter who you support. My aim is not only to raise money but to try and help people understand that it is ok to suffer and you do not need to suffer alone. In 2023 alone, over 7,000 people took their lives as a result of mental health. Even if I only help one person speak out about their troubles, it would mean the world to me to know. Any donations or shares would be greatly appreciated.
