Hello my name is Doug and my wife is Marlene. She is awaiting a lung transplant. I was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease in 2005 and had to take ltd in 2008. Marlene was diagnosed with pulmonary fibroses in 2010 and the disease has progressed badly since then. The money rasied would help cover the extra expenses of food and lodging before and after the transplant. We live about 5 hours from Edmonton and have made trips for appointments. We could start accepting money as soon as possible. Funding would go a long way in releaving stress and would help us through this difficult time.
