Ecuador Volunteer Trip

Hello Everyone!

This year, I have received the opportunity to volunteer in Ecuador for a month with the Help, Learn & Discover program. HLD has provided select university students to have this once in a lifetime opportunity! As part of my travels I will be building homes for underprivileged families in a small rural village called Pujili.

Prior to my departure, all the volunteers will work as a team to implement fundraising opportunities in order to support our construction project. This year we are hoping to build 22 homes, with each home costing approximately $5600. My goal this year is $1500. It is crucial that that we meet our fundraising goals in order to ensure complete construction of safe, viable homes for the families. One hundred percent of all donations go towards building homes for these families.
