Help Fund Daya's Beautiful Bravery

A few months ago our dear friend Daya was diagnosed with breast cancer. We are asking for donations to help ease the burden of high medical expenses.

To know Daya is to love her. She is a truly beautiful human being in all ways--an amazing mother, generous friend, loving wife, sister and daughter. Daya has a smile that can light up a whole room and eyes that sparkle with a lust for life that is contagious. Her courage, strength and positivity as she faces this disease has been a powerful inspiration to all of us that know her.

Daya has three young children all under the age of five years old; her commitment to mothering them in this challenging time has been a wonder to behold--always putting everyone else's needs before her own (as mothers have been known to do). But now it is our turn to help take care of her...

Daya will be having three major surgeries over the next six months. She will not be able to work, and will need to be on bed rest for some time to recover. Let's come together as a community and raise funds to help make this time in her life a little easier. This family is loving, creative, and beautiful beyond words, with our help they can move through this challenging time with a bit more ease. Donations will be going to medical expenses in the name of courage, in the name of a mother's fierce love, in the name of family.  Please join us in standing up to breast cancer.
