Hello Family, Friends, & Neighbors!
I need your help! I'm excited to share with you that Iris Ministries has invited me, along with a small team from my home Church, La Viña Centro Cristiano in Downey, CA, to travel to Mozambique, Africa, July 26th-August 14th, 2014!
We will be volunteering in Pemba at the Village of Joy, rebuilding homes (due to the recent extreme floodings), providing sustainable food sources, doing outreaches (prison ministry, hospital ministry, evangelism, etc...), teaching, helping with building & construction projects, administrative work projects, assisting in the medical clinic, helping in the dorms, sorting donations, organizing events, & getting involved with children's activities. Each of these things are important to their growth & survival as a community.
Along with providing these things, we will unite with Rolland & Heidi Baker in extending God's love throughout that region in any way possible. I have a deep passion and heart for the people of Africa and my desire is to go into all nations sharing the love, hope, and salvation of Jesus Christ.
This is where you can team up with us in doing just that. I need to raise $3,199.00 sooner than expected. The goal is to purchase flights in the next few weeks to be able to travel with my Team & before fares go up.
Anything above and beyond that we raise, will go to provide to the travel of others, and to the mission in this specific region in Africa. Any amount you can give is of great help! Thank you in advance for your financial support & prayers!
