Vivienda digna

Hola, mi nombre es Soledad. Estoy recaudando fondos para poder acceder a una vivienda digna para mis hijos y para mí.

Tengo 41 años y soy divorciada. El padre no le pasa la manutención a nuestros hijos desde hace años (estoy en procedimiento judicial por ello a través de la asesoría jurídica gratuita de la asistencia social) por lo que mi situación es precaria para poder independizarme y darles a mis hijos una estabilidad y calidad de vida suficientes para su desarrollo.

Sufro de hernias discales, en lumbares y cervicales, y estoy en proceso de reclamación con la administración (también por la asistencia jurídica de los servicios sociales) por haberme quitado el 33% de discapacidad que me reconocieron hace 3 años. Mi trabajo y sustento depende del puesto de trabajo que ocupo gracias a este grado de discapacidad, sin él, no tengo nada. Retomé mis estudios para acceder a mejores puestos de trabajos pero sin ayuda, como la que me brindaba mi grado de discapacidad, no puedo.

Vivimos en casa de mi madre, ya mayor, donde no hay espacio suficiente. Nosotros llevamos un ritmo de vida que mermamos su libertad y su propia vida. No puedo acceder a otras ayudas del gobierno precisamente por estar censados en el domicilio de mi madre, al computar su pensión en los ingresos totales (ingresos que sólo le sirven a ella para sobrevivir).

Cuando intento acceder a un préstamo hipotecario, como mucho me dan el 80%, sin ahorros no puedo aportar el restante 20% ni puedo conseguir aval. Las viviendas a las que pretendo acceder son de segunda mano, que no llegan ni a 90.000 €. No pido lujos, solo un sitio donde vivir con mis hijos en paz sin molestar a nadie.

Este motivo de conseguir una vivienda digna es muy importante para mí, por eso pido un pequeño grano de arena altruista a mi causa, por muy poco que sea, ya para mí será suficiente. Estaré encantada de contar mi historia más detalladamente a toda aquella persona que le interese. No es fácil para mí pedir algo así pero ya casi no encuentro soluciones.

We live in my mother's house, now elderly, where there is not enough space. We lead a rhythm of life that symbolizes your freedom and your own life. I cannot access other government aid precisely because they are registered at my mother's home, when her pension is computed in total income (income that only serves her to survive).

When I try to access a mortgage loan, at most they give me 80%, without savings I cannot contribute the remaining 20% ​​nor can I get collateral. The homes I intend to access are second-hand, which do not even reach €90,000. I'm not asking for luxuries, just a place to live with my children in peace without disturbing anyone.

This reason of getting a decent home is very important to me, that is why I ask for a small altruistic grain of sand for my cause, no matter how little it may be, it will be enough for me. I will be happy to tell my story in more detail to anyone who is interested. It's not easy for me to ask for something like that but I can hardly find solutions anymore.
