Single mom needs a little help :)

Thank you for taking the time to read my story! I am a mother to two wonderful kids ages 15 and 13.  I love my children and I wouldn’t change being their mother-ever! I am just doing this solo and it can be difficult, emotionally and financially.  Their father has not paid consistent child support in nearly 5 years.  In 2014 His child support payments were lowered to $70 a week since he was not working, as of today (9/2018) he is $10,548.17 behind in child support payments.  ($8143.10 in principal and $2405.07 in interest.) I have done all I can with the courts in IL, which is where we got divorced, with little to no help. My kids and I have now moved back to Michigan to be closer to family and it has been a blessing! Except that I haven’t found a job straight away so now I am even more behind on rent and bills.  I don’t want my kids to know about my financial burden because I don’t want any negative feelings towards their dad.  I just need help with rent for a roof over their head so I can get on my feet and support them the way I always have.  A single mom needing a little help, thank you so much!
