Help us keep a family together

Right now our family members  are in a foster home and the foster family is pushing to adopt (meaning a closed adoption, none of our family will have no right to see them again until they are 18).

Their parents made some life mistakes, and the children were taken. But, we want these children in the family!
CPS failed to notify any family members.
The children just disappeared! For a year! And we couldn't find them! 

As soon as we learned of the case, we asked to foster/adopt the children, to keep them with their family.
However, the foster family having had the children so long and our family not seeing the kids since they were taken makes it easier to streamline them into that closed adoption, where they will lose their sisters and other family member.

We have a loving home for these children, but we're having to fight to keep our family together, which is extremely expensive legally.
