Our fellow retired employee, Bill Hilbrandie, is a victim of the Rocky fire in Clear Lake, CA on August 3, 2015. His mobile home once nestled in the beautiful  20 acre green parcel in Morgan Valley was where the fire first ignited. Nothing remains.  His sister's home was close by and was also destroyed.  Only the foundation remains
