My name is Tom, I am a trans guy who is raising money for my Top Surgery!

I first came out as trans when I was 12 years old, after years of confusion and discomfort regarding my gender, and have lived as a guy socially ever since. I am now 22, and have been on Testosterone for over 2 years, which is massively alleviating a large portion of my gender dysphoria - in July 2023, I had a consultation with the surgeon Miles Berry about Double Incision surgery on my chest.

Though I earn a small amount of money monthly through my band "The Oozes" it is not nearly enough to cover a private transition! I would love to be able to live my life comfortably and authentically, which is why I have created this fundraiser. 

The money from this fundraiser will go towards the cost of Top Surgery, which I have been quoted £10,210. I have paid the deposit for the surgery, which will happen in May 2024, so I have just under 2 months to raise the rest of the money!
