River’s Emergency Surgery

Hello everyone,

On Friday morning river began to show signs that something was off. He stopped eating Thursday evening and began throwing up all morning and peeing more often. I brought him into the vet not thinking much of it and thought he would be coming home quickly. Not only to rack up a huge vet bill but finding out he needed to be immediately transferred over to an emergency pet hospital to have surgery to remove severe blockage in his intestines and stomach from foreign bodies. All of this causing severe pain and again racking up an even bigger second vet bill. I would do anything for my fur babies and anxiously awaiting good news for river. As many of you know the crazy year I have encountered with my brain injury and lack of work that has been the result of the accident. Anything helps during this incredibly hard time for river to get better and back to helping me through everyday!
