Let's get Lori to Arkansas

Hi! It is with a mix of happiness and sadness (not just for me and Ben, but the kids as well) that I am setting up this fund. As most of you know, Lori finally returned home a little more than a year ago after spending ten years in the Dominican Republic, where she went to Medical School (graduated Magna Cum Laude), and then stayed to do a medical residency there in Diabetes. When she came home she had two goals for the year. These were: to pass the 3 licensing exams that are needed to get into a medical residency program here (as you all know, she did that!! Yay!!!) and then the be accepted into a Family Medicine Residency program. (She did that too! And I couldn't be prouder) We had hoped that the program would be nearby, but that is not the case. While it is fantastic news that she has been accepted into a residency program, the sad news is that it will far away from us....again. She is headed off again, this time to Fayetteville, Arkansas. We really don't want to let her go, but we support her, as well as her dreams. I have set up this page to help get her to Fayetteville, figuring if everyone who knows her donated a little or a lot we can get her there (for those of you wondering, yes Sebi will be making this journey as well!). I'll appreciate anything you can donate, and of course lori and Sebi will too!
