Sal Needs A Kidney. Please help!

Christas words: My name is Christa, my husband Sal and i have 4 beautiful children ages 3-15. Unfortunately my first born son Sal (in this photo here) was born in 1998 with a Kidney Disease known as Displacia, which both kidneys are abnormal and do not function with out taking medication on a daily basis. Every 2-3 months since birth has been to Stony Brook University, Schneiders Children's Hospital, and now NYU Manhattan. Unfortunately at this time he is in need of a Kidney Transplant. On Monday 4/7/14, was our first visit to to see a team of surgeons at Mt. Sinai Transplant Hospital in Manhattan and was informed that due to Sals past and current medical condition they advise dialysis is not an option at this time. He must go for several tests in the next few weeks to be considered for a Kidney Donor List which is a year or more of waiting list. Therefore, we are reaching out to friends, family, and so on who will be willing to be a Live Donor willing to help Sal in his time of need since time is of the essence.
