Help me pay off some debt

Hello Community!
my name is Carolina, I am a trans and queer afro-latinx person residing in Chicago. I am disabled and can’t work as much as I used to so I am currently unemployed, but I am still looking for employment. Please help me pay off some of my debt as an act of reparations. I acquired this debt several years ago when I was fresh out of college and attempted to build credit while providing for myself and looking for  stable income. I ended up depending on this credit card for my living expenses for several months because I could not find a job that would meet my material needs, much less save money to pay anything off. Over the years I have thrown money at it, and at first I wasnt too bad at staying on track. I was on a payment plan up
until recently, but had to significantly lower the payments due to unemployment and financial strain because of the pandemic. I am at the end of my rope here. Between my disability and the lack of any meaningful government aid, I am really struggling to keep it together, as of now my financial future is quite dim. I need assistance with this because the boot straps method has not and will not work for me. I just want to get rid of this debt so that I can fix my credit and move on to better opportunities.

I want to start a business, and possible go backto school or earn a certificate so that I can move up in the work force and have am actual career instead of being a wage slave for the rest of my life.
