Afghanistan Orphanage

Chief Joe Wekkin is a Blackhawk Pilot in the United States Army and is stationed in Afghanistan. He is organizing a donation for children from the ages of 1 to 15 who are in an orphanage in Afghanistan. These kids have no family due to years of war and violence in Afghanistan. The McNary High School Softball Program is collecting donations to try and help Chief Wekkin with his efforts. Some of the things that the money will be used for are:
Blankets and sweaters
Jackets
Treats or candy
Toys of any kind, especially soccer balls or volleyballs.

The winters are very cold in Afghanistan and anything will help.
