Sean's Adoption finalization

All of you who know me can imagine how hard this is for me...to ask for help!
You all also know of Sean's journey and our quest to legally make him part of my little family.
Now we are at the final stage, the only thing preventing Sean's adoption to become final in May is lack of funds. :(
Initially the adoption was fully paid up ($1300.00) ~ then the birthparents backed out of their promise to sign Consent papers and the legal bills started arriving...Termination of Parental Rights is a costly, lenghy and ugly process.
Long story short, I am still short a little over $2000 short of paying off the now $22000 adoption :-(
With the pending release of his mother from prison, another delay makes me very nervous...as you can well imagine!!
Please, I do know that times are hard for many of us, any little bit can and will help Sean! I am not asking for myself, but for this sweet little boy, that already has gone through more than any person should ~ please help me make him IRREVOCABLY part of my family.
Feel free to re-post, I have no 'pride' when it comes to my childrens welfare.
