Starting Over with Nothing

This family is completely starting over. With nothing. Not only does this mother have four children, but she is battling cancer, and her husband has left. It is only by the grace of God that she is going on. 

A family member of mine has poured her heart and soul into renovating an almost unlivable home. The request began just for her to come paint, but the result was knowing that that wouldn't be enough. A home full of mold and a bathroom that is unfit for anyone were things that she could not turn a blind eye to. 

When I saw it with my own eyes, I understood her sacrifice. We could not let this mom and her four children live like this. No beds, no closets, no amenities, nothing.

My family member has the most beautiful heart. She is working day and night to transform this humble home. But the cost is great. I cannot imagine how much she has already invested. I want to do something, anything, to help someone who has done so much for me and many others without asking for anything in return. I want to bless her with a gift that she can't even imagine people would give. 

We have been able to get some beds for the family, but the cost of all of the renovations due to taking down walls with mold and an unusable bathroom are still significant. I would be so grateful for even the smallest gift to help someone who is giving everything to help this family. Thank you for your love and generosity.
